RT: Really excited to finish up today and tomorrow, then taking a week long break to figure out a whole new diet and workout set up. Hoping to drop a bit more fat and then really increase cals and bulk up as much as I can while keeping definition!
Found 2 things since Ive really comitted to fitness, 1 being how bad of shape I was in, when I compare my before and after picture its much more drastic than I thought! (still couldve been better if I stuck to the diet more strictly :/) and 2 being healthy and bulking up is freaking expensive!
