I recently finished "The Right Stuff" about the US Mercury mission astronauts. An interesting read if a bit dated.

I started reading "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". I like it so far!
Good! That book contains my most favorite scene in the entire series.

How is it similar/dissimilar to the movie (in case you've seen it)?

I just finished the biography A Man for Others: Maximilian Kolbe, the Saint of Auschwitz in the Words of Those Who Knew Him.

My initial Google searches of Maximilian Kolbe were enough to make me impressed by his sacrifice of his life for a stranger. This book went further and emotionally affected me in detailing his everyday dignity, especially in the face of uncommon inhumanity. Truly, I believe I've learned about someone incredible.

The Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson. This is genuinely great fantasy, with the best magic system I have ever seen in fiction writing.
