In the Fast and Furious series of movies, Michelle Rodriguez played the sister of Vin Diesels character. She was in the first two as a minor character, but she becomes a major plot point in the sloppily written 2009 version, as her character

(SPOILER ALERT)

is killed by a drug dealers henchman Fenix, played by an unrecognizable Laz Alonzo.
I wonder if their Avatar connections even mattered then.

yep thats what i thought after seeing it again (after seeing Avatar) after Avatar i started seeig connections between actors from Avatar. Laz and Michelle in F&F, Sigourney and Zoe in vantage point, and also sam got his role in terminator while zoe got her role in star trek because James Cameron recomended them

*BTW Letti (Michelles' character) is Dom's (Vin's character) GF, not sister >_< sister is Mia

I can't say I'd have recognised Eytukan anywhere as I haven't seen so much of Laz compared to Zoe, but then again, I'm bad at recognising/knowing who played who in what anyway

Eytukan's actor played Magua in Last of the Mohicans. He does creepy menace unbelievably well. (and Magua might have bleed over to Eutukan for me in Avatar, just because Eytukan's so BLAND, which makes watching Avatar now kind of hilarious. In a 'don't make this man angry, because he gets REALLY SCARY' way)
