Default A headrush. But not from the expected.

So I made the journey up to London and saw the rerelease with HNM. (Technically, indirectly, but that's another story...) Now, don't get me wrong, it was incredible. The added scenes blew me completely away (such deep meanings fitting into those short 9 minutes but again, different story) And, indeed, I got a monumental lift off of it which left me with a haedy mix of PAD and PAE the following day.

However, this is not what this post is about.

What the SE allowed me to do was eradicate that fear of watching the Blu-Ray that i've had since release day but have never been able to watch out of waiting for 'the right moment' and, put simply, being scared that it wouldn't be everything i'd built it up to be.

So I watched it.

And it was amazing, captivating, brilliant, beautiful...

And now i'm being hit with the biggest piece of PAE I think I have ever felt.
Now, I really, really cannot wait for the Blu-Ray rerelease because, for me at least, the experience of watching it at home, on my own, with no distractions was better in ways unimaginable than watching it on the biggest IMAX screen in the UK...
"When the time comes, just walk away and don't make any fuss."

Glad that you found you could watch the Blu-ray and still love it as much.

Sigh -- wish I had Blu-Ray! Or a better television. Definitely both!

I have the DVD at home and it no where near compares to the experience on the theatre. I couldn't believe I was watching the same film. Though my systems at home are aged, I'm sure on a good home theatre, the Blu-Ray would do justice.

I want Itunes to get a damned HD copy available. I've got the PC build to watch it in HD, but I have no blueray player on it.

I know the feeling... my feelings are really mixed up now, I'm in the middle of writing a thread.
Sad I didn't actually get to meet Fkeu'itan (we somehow missed each other even though we were both there ), but the special edition did the same to me... the fear of watching it again is gone... I was so scared before, because really, I knew that if it did nothing for me, I would have nothing left at all... but equally, if I left it, did nothing, I would slip away even faster.
