I'm going to have to agree with the above.
I just wouldn't work, I mean, how could it work? Ikran's taking out decepticons, with Na'vi using weird guns from Half Life. A fun idea, but not a good one.

The above suggestions and rebuttal's of them make me SOOOO glad that I never spent any money on Xbox 360, or any hand held games that it seems that teenagers have permanently grafted to their hands.

It becomes a far better idea if you take out the Transformers. New Black Mesa already have the altnerate-universe teleporters, so a story about them meeting the Na'vi would be easy enough. You could also have an entirely separate plot thread about the mess that results when the Combine meet Eywa.

Combine Avatar with Halo and/or Starcraft and that would be cool.

It's not all bad. I've kind of thought of things like this thread discusses, except for me, it's Avatar and District 9. And either Babylon 5 or Mass Effect. |

Oh dear, you could get all sorts of stories out of Ambassador Sully's stay on B5.

Yep. I always think of it in terms of Na'vi Jake linked to his human body instead of the other way around. Could have been an interesting mystery for the Babylon 5 crew. An ambassador for an alien race who is apparently human, claims this IS his real body, has a constant signal going to him and every time it is in any way blocked, his higher brain functions cease. I'm not much of a fan fic writer though, so I just let these idea of how this would play out swirl around in my head when I'm bored.

There's also the inevitable conversation that goes something like this: (since Babylon 5 is based in 2240, not 2150.)
Mollari: Commander, tell me again, where exactly is Ambassador Sully from? Sinclair*: Alpha Centauri 3 Mollari: I thought that was a human colony. Sinclair: ...It was. ![]() > Mollari wanders off, muttering about humans not being able to keep an empire together. ![]() (*I like Sinclair as Commander. )
