So, I came around a song on youtube from the Avatar soundtrack in my recommendations. "Mated for life". Now, I own the soundtrack, but I never bought the deluxe version so having listened to that song I decided I would buy the deluxe version to get it. But it isn't on the deluxe version.
The original soundtrack includes You Don't Dream in Cryo Jake Enters His Avatar World Pure Spirits of the Forest The Bioluminescence of the Night Becoming one of The People Becoming one with Neytiri Climbing Up "Iknimaya" - The Path of Heaven Jake's First Flight Scorched Earth Quaritch The Destruction of Hometree Shutting Down Grace's Lab Gathering All the Na'vi Clans for Battle War I See You (Theme from Avatar) The deluxe version adds Pandora Viperwolves Attack Great Leonoptryx Escape from Hellgate Healing Ceremony The Death of Quaritch What I was wondering is why Into the Avatar World Thanator Chase Mated for Life Fight to the Death Don't Want to be Late were all left off? |

i have no idea, tbh. i have the original AMPS which i bought in 2010, and still play on my home stereo to this day. maybe they will have a 10-year Anniversary soundtrack in 2020, with all the songs on it.

I hope they get Marty O'Donnell from the Halo series; the games that he was involved in have such huge, epic soundtracks that really goes with the scale of the universe they're trying to portray. If anything, Avatar needs that sense of epic scale and mystery.
Also, Marty is second from the right here, and check out the powerpoint! Last edited by Sight Unseen; 10-20-2018 at 02:32 PM. |

Considering Marty O'Donnell doesn't have any movie credits to his name, I don't think it is likely they will hire him. If they do hire him, we can make endless "We're the Avatar kids" jokes to the Flintstones vitamins jingle forever.

Forget the deluxe edition. I'm wondering why they still haven't officially released the complete score, seeing as its bootlegged counterpart has been floating around since 2010.
