Default Why I love bedtime

As I kid, I hated going to bed. But now, I love it! Why? Sure, the sleeping part is awesome. But it allows me to easily day-dream. Sure, I may get a dream or two a week but day-dreaming is better. I get to tell my mind what I am going to do. I get to go anywhere I want. Best of all... peace and quiet.

For example, yesterday I day-dreamed at night that I saved some teenage girl doing CPR and pulled out of an icey-cold lake. I saved her life. Then she undressed but I helped because she was in "cold shock" and theeeeenn she got into the tub and I sat across from her and she sat quietly in the tub waiting for her body temp. to go down and from there we talked about our lives.

Now, you may think that sounds .... sad. But it's human nature. People love companionship... hence... FRIENDSHIP! Anyway, day-dreaming at night (During bedtime) is really awesome and I love it.

I love dreams but when I sleep, I hardly remember them .

I also daydream from time to time. I always like to contemplate and lose myself in deep thought; however, while driving, I have caught myself daydreaming for too long at stoplights -- something I need to do less of.

I only love some dreams, and I only love them while they are happening. Afterwards they make me feel miserable that they weren't real life.

Why is that?

That kinda reminds me- I completely forget some dreams I have, but if there are people invloved in the dream, I will remember some of the dream as soon as I see that person, or the thought of them crosses my mind. It's really weird.

Like a few weeks ago, I was just thinking about things, and I breifly thought about Neytiri, and then I got a weird feeling and realized that Neytiri was in one of the dreams I had the night before. A few years ago while I was still in school, the same thing would happen. I would see someone I knew and just get a weird feeling and think "Damn... I dreamt about her last night" (please don't think it's something perverted, I just have a deep love for females and am struck by their beauty)

It may sound dumb or silly or like I'm making it up, but it happens.

The same happens to me. During the day something will trigger me to remember a dream I had the night before or few days ago. It's Kind of like Deja vu in a way, It may be the entire dream or just parts of it but it's odd that you just suddenly know something. Makes you wonder what we dream about that's never remembered when we wake up.

I don't dream as much though compared to when I was younger, but the dreams overall are much better (no dirty thoughts )

I also used to hate going to bed, but that was before I discovered how magical dreams were.

I used to feel that sleeping was a waste of time. Now it's a time to explore other worlds......

I daydream fairly often, always about Pandora...

At night, I haven't dreamed much recently, comes with the insomnia I guess, but I rarely remember my dreams even when I do dream

There was no sexual tension or thought in my dream. It was simply saving a life.

I don't really daydream, I just sort of find myself staring at a blank wall or something. When I snap out of it I don't remember. Weird, and I'm not making this up.

I never remember my dreams, and the one dream I do remember was just a normal day at school. I know I have dreams because I'll wake up in the middle of the night sweating, in really weird positions, on the floor, I've even awakened in a different room once. I really wish I could remember; what if I dreamed of Neytiri? Then again, it might be better if I didn't remember; I might be dreaming of Palin...or Microsoft...
