This is for the Avatar Seattle Trip June 4th. That thread is here.

I put together a google map for our trip, just as kind of a neat way to see where everyone is coming from. It should be interesting to see where everyone lives and how far away from Seattle everyone is!

Instructions:

1. You NEED a google account. (this is the same as gmail/gdocs account) it is VERY easy to create one.
2. Go to the link at the bottom of this post.
3. Click the "EDIT" button after signing in.
4. Add a "pin" to your location with info about where you live/your username
5. Add a "line" to indicate your route to Seattle (add your flight times or ETAs...)
6. Click "SAVE"
7. Click "DONE"

I'm "on the map" But I will be going the weekend after the opening.....Depending on when people are there--hope to meetup with someone!!!!

Sorry new. Is this the July 09, 2011 trip? Because I'm helping plan that trip back at Learn Na'vi. I know people I'm working with on LN are here also, thought it would be easier if I joined this forum as well.

Well, Drewan's on there (June 11th) and I'm on there (I live here--the dates are irrelevant), so the map's already irrevocably poisoned. I say: Go for it!

Really, I think the point is just to paint a picture of who'll be coming from where. I don't think the July 9th trip was on the radar when this thread was created.

Do we need to July 0 thread or are not a lot from ToS coming? Because I won't be at the June event.

I think all the threads thus far are either/or, however I believe the vast majority of ToS exhibit-goers are going on opening weekend.
