Hi Alan! You must be excited about a big event coming up later this month... the London Olympics! :-) Actually, I wanted to make sure I got to see you when I'm there, because our schedule will be fairly brief in Seattle and aside from Jon Landau, you're the only one I want to be certain of meeting. We're going to arrive Friday night and leave Sunday morning, and have a non-Avatar event Saturday evening. We're staying at the Travelodge, how about you? What'd be the best way to reach you in real time on Friday or Saturday?

One last for my evening---I created banners & buttons for the website in Avatar backgrounds---used small snips of a couple of photos so to not cause copyright problems & they are sized & named the same as the ones on the site at present...If you email me at debianmainuser at gmail.com--I'll send them to you to look at....

Almost forgot---is there ftp access to the site?

I went there & looked at the site---looks like it works very well...I would "of course" say that it needs a more Avatar-theme...I downloaded the source-code to look at it in more detail. I could mockup a site based on that information..how locked is the server software?
