OK this is the rough order of events, but they are still to be firmed up: Thurs 19th - evening, this is the welcome event, Fri 20th am - explore Seattle, pm - possible Avatar Showing and Cosplay talk (these two may change), Sat 21st all day is cosplay and visiting the museum, Sun 22nd am - leisure time, pm - Na'vi lessons (this may change) and clan meal, Mon 23rd - people leave for home.

The clan meal will take place at the Best Western Executive Inn where we will be staying This will be where we all get to have a meal together before we go our separate ways....until next time!

As I mention above some events are still to be firmed up, but that is pretty much how it will end up I suspect. Hope that helps. If you have any more queries, fire away.

Okay. So what we were planing was I would go in on the 20th of july and stay at my uncle's house and go to the exibit on the 21st and probably leave on the 22nd or 23rd. What's going on on the 21st and the 23th and what is the clan meal? Thanks for answering my questions by the way.

Sorry for the slow reply. Ok to answer your questions. The only money Avatar Meet is asking for is a donation towards the clan meal, which will be on the Sunday night and other Avatar Meet running costs, such as room rental at the hotel for clan activities etc. We didn't want to make it a fixed amount for this event so as not to exclude people who might not be able to afford the full cost.

So all other meals, and entry to the museum will be paid individually by the attendees. Although we are looking to try and get a discount for people into the museum. The meet up will start on Thursday 19th July at the Best Western Executive Inn (near the museum). I suspect people will be arriving during the day, but we will be having a welcome event in the evening, which we are working on.

My parents made some arangements recently and have some questions about the details of the meet up. Will I need to pay for some things while we are at the exibit? Do you pay for a package that has everything included? (Tickets, ID, Lunch,ect.) What time are we going to meet and where. What are the details of the other dates like the clan meal and do I need to pay for that too? If you could give me some feed back about what I need to do since I won't need room and board that would be great. Thank you so much again.

I won't be going on the camping trip. sorry. It would have been fun.
We're aranging things so I can have a place to stay without having to spend any money on room and board. I am planing to be there for the first days of the meet up to hang out and talk in person. The schedual is unclear at this point as you may know from avatarmeet.com. But we will get to making the arangements soon now that my semester of College is coming to an end and summer vacation is coming.

Cool! That is a really nice gift from your parents. Will you be coming on the camping trip? If you are we we be having a shuttle bus from the airport to the campsite on the Monday which will be returning to Seattle for the Meet Up. There is more information here. Sounds like you'll be able to visit two families: Your real family and your Avatar Family. That'll be great. It tell you meeting face to face will be a magical expereince and one that will last a lifetime. It certainly was for me.
