    You said you often feel like your posts are poorly written - I disagree. I think you've made many terrific and well-written posts on this site, not to mention very intelligent ones too. I enjoy reading them anyway; there's certainly heart behind them. And even though it was a few weeks ago I still appreciate you helping me out in the community support forum.

    Just wanted to throw that out there.

    Ah yes, I see what you mean. I sometimes find it frustrating to deal with other's PAD as well. It's hard to explain that it's kind of a process to those who are in the middle of flailing because they feel the world is falling apart! Haha.

    Hey buddy,

    It's all good man, I give credit where credit is deserved! PAD and PAE are both wonderful experiences, or transformations as some may think about it, so don't let it get you too far down. Just keep reminding yourself of why you feel that way... Because you've been shown a new way of thinking which I would argue is better than the 'old' system. Like exercise, for example: You won't get to the next level without a little discomfort

    I like the thought of being old and looking back on all this. I hope both you and this site stick around so we can laugh about it together!
