    Well i feel better alot better than i used to, its been really helpfull so thankyou and sorry to ask but what does PAD stand for?

    Yes talking about the depression will help the most out of anything. Remember that PAD, or depression in general is just something missing from your life. Avatar showed us a life of adventure, excitement, meaning, and community, and we feel bad becuase we may not have all or any of those things in or lives. But talking to other's with the same problem forms a really close community, and it will lead to finding a meaning in life, and everything else will be clear. Everyone I've talked to has come out on top of the PAD, better, much better than before.

    thank you i am on my way out now, but when i get back i will definatly check it out, its good to talk about it isnt it? i feel that talking about the depression help me feel better

    caveman, i fully no what you mean by the depression of the film, how it makes u wake up after dreaming of being in the happy place, and makeing u want to and do anything to go there, and it always gets you down, i full on no what you mean
