He was already logged in when we banned him, and he probably just stayed on the "who is online" list without actually being able to access the forums, hence previous message
The user will stay on the "Who is online" list for approximately 30 minutes after he/she has logged off
Might not be exactly 30 mins, but somewhere around there.
