Ahhh blahh! Stupid phone didn't work!

Believe it or not I don't have ME1.

What I do know is, the Shepard I was in ME2 had a relationship with Ash and chose her to live (from a fate I regret knowing because I don't have the game). Nothing big happens - no major consequences. Just a conversation for around 2 minutes and that's pretty much it. It doesn't matter who you have a relationship in ME1, it doesn't affect ME2's story much at all.

Me too man Also, I just started my second playthrough of Mass Effect, I thought I'd might play it this time a little different...
So just want to know, are there any major consequenses if I choose either Ash or Kaidan to live? Liara or Ash romance? Should I even choose any at all if I perhaps feel a bit attracted to... *cough*tali*cough* for ME2? Cause from what I've seen you can basicaly "get some" with all of the love-storyplot characters the same playthrough in ME2?
