HEY! had a question for ya on breakfast

Okay so I was thinking about trying out some smoothies for breakfast using the stuff you had suggested. While glancing through my nutrition guide the shakes/smoothies it mentioned where like protein smoothies, like it had the usual ingredients but also like one scoop of whey protein. Is a regular smoothie with out a scoop of protein really that bad? You think it would still be a good breakfast? THANKS!

No way! I watched Avatar last night too, I was using headphones too! We are awesome. I had started watching it earlier in the evening but had to do something so when I came back I wasn't "feeling" it and just watched the rest at like 1-2 am.

And guess what? When I woke up my mom told me that store called where I had asked to get one of the standee's, and I GOT ONE! I can't go pick it up until Monday because my dad is gone and has the van =/, but I can't wait for Monday! Ahhhhh!

That does not sound fun at all! I would never to be able to fall asleep with a tube down my nose thats for sure, that cant be comfortable bleh! What kind of tests are they wanting to run?
