Ahhh blahh! Stupid phone didn't work!
Believe it or not I don't have ME1.
What I do know is, the Shepard I was in ME2 had a relationship with Ash and chose her to live (from a fate I regret knowing because I don't have the game). Nothing big happens - no major consequences. Just a conversation for around 2 minutes and that's pretty much it. It doesn't matter who you have a relationship in ME1, it doesn't affect ME2's story much at all. -
