It is in a way but to be honest it's a lot more fun because you can use transformation masks and the other masks actually do something. The timer is really annoying It helps to make the game darker though.

Brilliant! You must be as big a fan as me hehe. Mmmm lol have you heard it? It would fit so much better in the fire temple. The guys at nintendo changed it after they realised that the music was muslims conducting one of their prayers. Unfortunately they got rid of that, then with the gamecube version they went and changed the cresent symbol on the blocks and switches and in gerudo fortress to a different symbol. It would be so much better if they left it. I like to know everything about my favourite games..There's also a beta type fountain in the bottom of zora's domain, through a secret tunnel.

Oh cool, we have the gold one over here. Oh yeah that's right *facepalm* thanks for reminding me. I must be thinking of majora's mask hehe. Did you know that in some of the gold cartridges they actually show red blood in fights..like with ganondorf?
You should have a small peek at a video or two of the 3ds with zelda, everything looks new and refreshed.
