Errr. I think there's an email link on my ToS forum page thingy. I 've also got this yahoo messenger thing on my laptop which I used to message board with Unil Makto when we were sorting out a bit on the app for our project. I'll have to figure out this skype thing. My keyboard has some buttons for it, which I haven't used or loaded up the programme. Other than that it's carrier pigeon I'm afraid!

Thank you. Yeah I've really been pushing the idea of happiness lately now that so many people are depressed again. I've been there, had PAD, done the whole thing, and now I just want to help others be happy. I believe that's all their looking for. Depression can be a powerful tool for change, and I want to see everyone happy as opposed to wishing they were somewhere else their whole lives. Well, anyways, I'm great. Thanks for asking. I've been learning a lot about happiness from the Dalai Lama in this book "The Art of Happiness". It's changing everything for me. For once in my life I sense true happiness. I can't describe how good I'm starting to feel.

Nope, don't think I've done any video like that. This is the first time I've done a 'trying to say something' type video. Most of mine are railway related.

Someone did mention to me once that there is no such thing as a free country, because if we were free to do as we pleased we would take away other people's freedom. Kinda stuck in my head that and I remember it every time I see people not being mindful of those about them.
