hey there I finally watched the cartoon - only the first one - and I must say, the beginning is rather... gruesome! but then it gets better
Although, I would say - dharmic actions are not only adoration of the Enlightened One, imho it should also be help to those who are in need! In fact this cartoon reminded me a lot about Amma: her birth was also unusual, in the sense that she didn't cry, only smiled when she was born, and since small she was meditating & taking food from the house for the poor, & her parents were scolding her all the time. I won't retell you now the whole story - but eventually they just accepted her the way she was cos she wouldn't stop doing charity, and it resulted in a massive humanitarian & spiritual activity program.

thanks! I think I found something, too: it must be this boddhisatva:
"Ksitigarbha is known for his vow to take responsibility for the instruction of all beings in the six worlds between the death of Gautama (Sakyamuni) Buddha and the rise of Maitreya Buddha, as well as his vow not to achieve Buddhahood until all hells are emptied". this is the link:

And here is the mantra that I would love to memorize:
But thanks for yours, too, I'll listen to it when I have more time - I love storytelling!

Kaltxн Moonbeam! I need your help again - and again, on Buddhism!
The Lotus Sutra that you sent works really magic for me, I listen to it regularly - but with respect, otherwise it blows me away to Pandora! that's fine - but I don't want to go back...
My question is about one saint who swore Not to accept (?) the enlightement until all, even the baddest, the darkest, & most miserable souls are at least given a chance to learn Buddha's way - and have the choice. I think he was even trying to educate demonios.
Do you remember this saint? I definitely saw his mantra on YouTube, but it was long ago, and I don't remember his name anymore... But I usually deal with difficult people & situations, so I would ask him for help, definitely!
Now if You can help me to find his mantra - I will be very grateful

    hey there
I was away for a long time cos my comp died and went to Eywa, to some computer Paradise... But I did check about Chinese New Year - guess what it is? The Year of Blue Horse! it must be from Pandora

Have a look at this webpage - it's in Russian, so maybe you can't read it... but I am sure you can See it - does it remind you of anything?

haha it's easy to be confused here, many people don't put their age / gender / geographic location (on Earth I mean ) etc. in their profile. I put my age cos some boys were thinking that I was their age so I wanted to avoid confusions.

But then again, omitting the personal information, in a sense, opens limits, cos then it becomes 'soul-to-soul' talk - it's who one Is & what one says matters, not the ID number, or skin color, or shoe size... Hmm.. I guess any way is right, for its own purpose.
