i don't know this program. are you working with windows7, maybe? i only have xp.
mostly i use this little program "paint" to edit the size and other things. i know, it's very simple, but i really like it.

maybe you have to try something like this, but only maybe...
first you have to create an album and give it a name and then you can upload a photo from your harddisc, put it into the album and write a caption for it.
