Have you got skype yet? You should! It's great. Well, apart from when it has technological failures, but yeah. Uuum we usually do a voice chat. You don't need a microphone, just speakers if you want to listen in to everyone Video chats you can only do with one person, though. But get it!!!!! You shooould!!!!
I'm going June 24th to Montana, then July 10th to Oregon. And YES, yay!!!!!!!! Meeting up with zongtseng and Drewan, and I think Logan will be heading over at some point.

O_O you can't leave ToS! I'm glad you didn't I'd miss you so much... I'm guessing finals are coming up in UNI am I correct? It's probably all the stress, and seeing in the Picture Thread how sport and outdoor active you are, I'm guessing you haven't surfed in a while haha I never did pick up surfing. And the headache? I don't know but it went away yesterday

And, I have not done a defensive course, but I've been driving, like, 5 years - I should be okay. Just freaking out about the test

COOL good to hear your making a plan for canada. I really want to relocate to the US, or somewhere around there. We'll see how the trip goes next month.

The biggest question here is food.... eating 3 jumbo eggs a day with a glass of milk is how I start selected days, sometimes its just 2 glasses of milk with a piece of celery (low eating for better metabolism). I know I need yogurt, more vegetables (got some bananas and celery atm), chicken, tuna, and whatever poultry is.

Cosplay is getting into character makeup and becoming your costume. I plan on becoming a Na'vi. I also plan on taking my shirt off too; which is a big motivator for all of this.

Actually... I have no idea if what I'm doing is intensive training. I jog about 40 minutes a day, of if I sprained my muscles, an 1hr bike ride. The jogging comes close to 2-3 minutes of pure jogging, than 1-2 to rest my legs and breath, and repeat. If I pushed any harder, my lungs would probably collapse and I would be sufficating for air.

I really think I need to work out at a gym of some kind. That way, you can drink some water and sit all at once without the worry that your survival is at stake here (you get that feeling when you breath the best you can, but your body just wants too much at once, which makes you go into a panic). There is a gym at my high school that I think will allow the community to use, but I have alot of bad memories there; don't know why that's stopping me. If I was mistaken, than I'll just go to my local fitness club and work out from there.

Yeah it was a long 2 weeks lol, glad it's over. College finals are the final tests you have to take for the classes you've taken during the school semester. Basically a recap of everything you've learned, and they are worth 30% of your grade.

Wow man that reall sucks!! Do you know who did it? What all did they do to it? That's good that you have insurance though, that'll really help. I drive a 1992 Oldsmobile royal during the winter, and my 2008 Kawasaki Zx-6R Ninja as long as there isn't snow on the ground

The main reason for this new diet is my cosplay I intend to be around Halloween (or at least at a party at or around the end of the year) and I need to get this built-up fat that I have had for over 4 years. 50 or 60 pounds is my goal, although that goal might be offsetting itself; my family keeps sending me food and I don't know what to tell them. If just ignore the food that might do the trick; I'll just ask for 6 packs of yogurt instead.
Another reason for the diet is because I want to Parkour and run without ever getting tired; I want to walkup walls and run run run!
This diet is a high protein diet, and it's very tough to get all of the food. So why this diet isn't working isn't because of me, it's because I don't have the money to get the food! - I live around Milwaukee-Wisconsin (USA), the American Ireland of beer.

I'm not sure but it developed into calcaneal bursitis: this is the best summary I could find on the net: Retrocalcaneal Bursitis - Calcaneal Bursitis - PhysioAdvisor

I've started wearing shoes with a heel..that seems to be speeding up the healing..so hopefully I can go to the beach soon, but I'm not supposed to walk without shoes yet, especially up sand hills

Woah, that sounds excellent, I'm really glad that you're getting supported right now: it makes things a whole lot easier *smiles*
