What would be awesome is if I could share this Halloween with someone. It would be killer if I had a tsmuke in the same cosplay. But there are no girls in the Milwaukee area and that are on this forum. Sadly

(I had a long day today, no free time for me. Cutting into my sleeping schedule now).

All try all of those; that's on my food list now. (Harracot) Beans, Protein Powder, Almonds, Nuts, and what else? (Yogurt for sure).
I'm going to be the only one I think, in my whole neighborhood and maybe the only one in the city. I'm going to do alot of poses so my brother can take pictures with his professional camera (Canon Rebel Ti2) and I'll walk around the neighborhood with my little cousins while they are in costume. I intend on being a full-blown real Na'vi. The legs and arms will all have a rubber band strap to make four fingers and tows, the tail might be ceramic but I have yet to learn how to cut and shape that stuff yet, and my eyes might just be the same as they are now. I could try but small yellow-green eyes looks more like a big red-eye infection. Your natural eyes suit you well so I'm just going to go with that.

How many of you are going to dress up? do you play any games with it? act a few scenes maybe? that would be quite fun, do you have your own Na'vi name lol might I suggest Txur 'aw. . . The Strong One lol

While your out running you should also try and snack on almonds or some kind of nut and have a go at eating baked beans preferably Harracot beans, they are really cheap but again are FULL of the good stuff your body needs. Its also a good idea that once you have finished your workout drink about 8 litres of water to purge out all the toxins, water also acts as a good lubricant for your joints so you don't wear them out prematurely.

What you are doing sounds pretty good, what I do when i race is I take the seat off my bike and practice sprinting for about 1-2 hours, again thats leg and cardio, another good one i like to do to build core muscle tone is body braces, look it up on youtube they are pretty easy but hurt like hell when you start off, its good that you are pushing yourself to the absolute edge but maybe have just one day intensive training, then the next day you should maybe just go for a walk because otherwise you might do yourself more damage than good, also have you tried any protein powders? like whey powder. they are good to use after intensive training because they help you build the muscles, if you want to go the natural way though eggs and fish are perfect, because they are PACKED full of the good stuff.

The biggest question here is food.... eating 3 jumbo eggs a day with a glass of milk is how I start selected days, sometimes its just 2 glasses of milk with a piece of celery (low eating for better metabolism). I know I need yogurt, more vegetables (got some bananas and celery atm), chicken, tuna, and whatever poultry is.
Cosplay is getting into character makeup and becoming your costume. I plan on becoming a Na'vi. I also plan on taking my shirt off too; which is a big motivator for all of this.

Actually... I have no idea if what I'm doing is intensive training. I jog about 40 minutes a day, of if I sprained my muscles, an 1hr bike ride. The jogging comes close to 2-3 minutes of pure jogging, than 1-2 to rest my legs and breath, and repeat. If I pushed any harder, my lungs would probably collapse and I would be sufficating for air.
I really think I need to work out at a gym of some kind. That way, you can drink some water and sit all at once without the worry that your survival is at stake here (you get that feeling when you breath the best you can, but your body just wants too much at once, which makes you go into a panic). There is a gym at my high school that I think will allow the community to use, but I have alot of bad memories there; don't know why that's stopping me. If I was mistaken, than I'll just go to my local fitness club and work out from there.

Whats cosplay??
Have you been doing lots of training? My favourite which I use for hunting is getting 60kg weights and putting them in my hunting pack and go tramping with them for an hour a day, it gives you amazing leg and cardio workout lol.
Parkour is amazing I want to give it a go also, except there are no buildings or heavy enough development where I live so it would be hard to do it.
You could ask for you family to send you chicken and fish??

The main reason for this new diet is my cosplay I intend to be around Halloween (or at least at a party at or around the end of the year) and I need to get this built-up fat that I have had for over 4 years. 50 or 60 pounds is my goal, although that goal might be offsetting itself; my family keeps sending me food and I don't know what to tell them. If just ignore the food that might do the trick; I'll just ask for 6 packs of yogurt instead.
Another reason for the diet is because I want to Parkour and run without ever getting tired; I want to walkup walls and run run run!
This diet is a high protein diet, and it's very tough to get all of the food. So why this diet isn't working isn't because of me, it's because I don't have the money to get the food! - I live around Milwaukee-Wisconsin (USA), the American Ireland of beer.

You need six meals a day of chicken and fish!? thats insanity! although now it gives you a good reason to fish and farm chickens. Why the need for the diet? if you don't mind me asking
Where abouts do you live? because 9-$15 for chicken or fish is quite expensive
