OK this is the rough order of events, but they are still to be firmed up: Thurs 19th - evening, this is the welcome event, Fri 20th am - explore Seattle, pm - possible Avatar Showing and Cosplay talk (these two may change), Sat 21st all day is cosplay and visiting the museum, Sun 22nd am - leisure time, pm - Na'vi lessons (this may change) and clan meal, Mon 23rd - people leave for home.

The clan meal will take place at the Best Western Executive Inn where we will be staying This will be where we all get to have a meal together before we go our separate ways....until next time!

As I mention above some events are still to be firmed up, but that is pretty much how it will end up I suspect. Hope that helps. If you have any more queries, fire away.

Sorry for the slow reply. Ok to answer your questions. The only money Avatar Meet is asking for is a donation towards the clan meal, which will be on the Sunday night and other Avatar Meet running costs, such as room rental at the hotel for clan activities etc. We didn't want to make it a fixed amount for this event so as not to exclude people who might not be able to afford the full cost.

So all other meals, and entry to the museum will be paid individually by the attendees. Although we are looking to try and get a discount for people into the museum. The meet up will start on Thursday 19th July at the Best Western Executive Inn (near the museum). I suspect people will be arriving during the day, but we will be having a welcome event in the evening, which we are working on.

Sorry to hear, you can't make it to the camping trip, but at least you will be able to make it to the main event in Seattlefrom 19th to 23rd of July Let me know if you have any questions about the meet up and I'll see if I can answer them or get answers to them. Cool! That is a really nice gift from your parents. Will you be coming on the camping trip? If you are we we be having a shuttle bus from the airport to the campsite on the Monday which will be returning to Seattle for the Meet Up. There is more information here. Ooo, don't forget to keep your profile upto date as well here.

Sounds like you'll be able to visit two families: Your real family and your Avatar Family. That'll be great. It tell you meeting face to face will be a magical expereince and one that will last a lifetime. It certainly was for me.
