yea of course! I think mexican strats are pretty good, my strat is a 2007 classic player 60's strat, mexico, the pickups were really good - copies of CS'69 (they put US made CS'69 on 2006 anniversary models) but as far as I can tell they sound awesome. I switched them for some boutique 300$ price tag (at the time, they are less now but not handwound) 57'-62' spec pickups (Handmade, Vintage Style Guitar Pickups and Wah Wahs) as I'm a complete boutique-stuff-obsessed-moron but the difference is really small, those mexican CS'69 sure play great. Wish you good luck on the strat purchase, I love mine

haha, well i dont want any jimi right now though, being lefty is a pain in the ass, since finding used gear is hard and expensive, but i love my guitar(s) thinking of selling my other one and buying a fender mexican strat, my strat is a copy, but one of the best copies ever it seems, even though it lacks an original headstock, but it is the music that matters right

hey that's awesome, I'm a righty myself, but I always think it's cool having an opposite sided strat lol, guess I'm a fanboy then heh. Anyway I still picked up a righty because the availability of models and I kind of fear the "handicap" high on the neck. Well they released some outtakes and stuff from tapes that were never published, a guy from youtube told me he never heard those tracks, so I don't think anyone did as he's a true die hard fan. AMAZING guitarist btw, his name is Angel Reca, account "handtricks", he's totally awesome I got a lot of rare Jimi stuff if you want, ever heard of album "Burning Desire"? It's my absolute favourite

hey man yeah I love their music Though I need to check the latest album from Jimi - Valleys of Neptune, I still didn't get it, but I hear there are some new things so I guess it's worth checking out I'll get it along with some Philip Sayce CD, he's amazing on the guitar but I heard only some improvs and jams, he sure sounds promising do you play guitar?
