I understand why it's done in flash, and why flash isn't available to all users. I thought you might be able to convert it to a gif easier than me. I know gifs are lower quality than flash too.

Hey,
unfortunately no, that animation can be done only in flash, and flash signatures are only for admins/mods for security reason.
