It's done... the hair running across the face was hard for me to blend well (which is why it looks rather stringy and off). I wasn't sure what type of photo you'd prefer, so I have her face shadowed and surrounded in black. Here's the comparison pic.
Hey, I put off the avatarization a couple of times but I'm back on it again and more than half-done, and I just wanted to know if you wanted me to keep things on her like the dark eyeliner, noserings, etc.
