Oh definitely take care of your eyes, I agree unplugging to give them a break is a good thing. I read somewhere once we should all make sure we sit outside (without glasses, if you wear them) and let the natural light in. Hm also there is a Tibetan Eye Exercise Chart that supposedly can strengthen our eyes as well. And you might laugh but my grandma and mom says putting fresh sliced cucumbers on the eyes refreshes as well, which I have tried and does seem to help a bit. But remember to get them checked, remembering the Eyes are the Mirror to the soul! Kat
