Default Na'vi language in Wikipedia

Out of curiosity, I Googled Na'vi language Wikipedia - and found articles in 31 language including Arabic, Komi, Asturian and Eywa-knows-what else!

Also out of curiosity I compared the articles in some languages that I understand, and found some differences (apart of the sheer length - in Komi, it's just one line! ):

English: Paul Frommer together with the community keep expanding the lexicon.
Spanish: The fans invent new words which are added to the vocabulary after Paul's approval.
French: Paul keeps working on the language for 20-th Century Fox and thinks it will be marvellous if Na'viteri takes on its own life
(correct me if I am wrong - it's been ages since I spoke any French).

Russian, German, Portuguese, Catalan: zilch about post-Avatar creation / expansion of the language.

So! Who is right and who is wrong here? Lots of people trust Wikipedia as a source of information, it would be nice to know the truth!

Nice!

These are both true:

English: Paul Frommer together with the community keep expanding the lexicon.
Spanish: The fans invent new words which are added to the vocabulary after Paul's approval.

EDIT:
Actually, the french one is true too. He really is going to be involved in all sequels (therefore still working with FOX) and he's said before that he would love to see Na'vi have a life of its own.

Na'viteri (naviteri.org) is Paul Frommer's blog, which is the means of releasing additional post-film vocabulary and grammar.
