after watching all three X-Men Sequels, First Class, Days of Future Past, and Apocalypse, i am adding Raven Darkholme/Mystique to my greatest female characters list. i was kinda meh on the Mystique from the early three X-Men films, but the Jennifer Lawrence portrayed Raven/Mystique of the sequels was much more nuanced, emotional, and the perfection of duality in being drawn to both Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr, polar opposites of the mutant cause. i am hoping we see JLAW play Mystique one more time in a standalone Mystique film. that would be awesome!

i am adding Captain Carol 'Avenger' Danvers, US Air Force, to my list of great female characters. |
i really miss Commander Lexa from The 100's Season 2/3, she was such a great character, and a study in duality played to perfection by superb actress Alycia Debnam-Carey.
