Avatar Program Problems

Well I finally decided to try to register, but every time I go to the adopt a tree website and enter my registered email and birthdate it says that the email and birthday do not match. WTF mate?

you still have to sign up for it... if its what I'm thinking of it confused me too... look around it may have a place to sign up and I think it'll send you an e-mail confirmation if I remember correctly

I got that, then I went to the tree site and got the error

It only accepts people from the Continental U.S that by default is both a problem and a mistake.
