Tsaherpes is a Na'vi TTD (Tsahaylu Transmitted Disease). It is believed that Tsaherpes is a very old disease, that has been dormant within Na'vi genes for generations, and that Ninat started the new outbreak. There is only one known cure so far, and it's doing tsahaylu with Neytiri (and we all know that ain't happening) or drinking Neytirijuice.

This has been established.

but nothing to a Na'vi is 'private'. they wear clothes for rank, not concealment. well, not even clothes, but decorations.

I don't think they walk around showing their penises and vaginas all the time - these parts can be considered quite private, even among the Na'vi.
