Was looking for a meditation thread .. which i thought we had .. but can't seem to find .. but then found this one .. which actually is what this post is about .. so to add, here's my contribution!

For a truly amazing experience ..let me introduce you to Crystal Bowl Chakra Bath!

This is a completely 'natural' way to clear your energy field, and your mind, heighten your senses, yet still ground you at the same time. Afterwards, you may experience a complete state of calm and well-being.

You can repeat this as often as needed!

First follow these directions

Open a new browser, and click on the following links, each to open in a new tab, starting from the first link at the top.

Don't let them play to start with .. hit pause so that they will each load, and wait until they have all loaded

They are to be on the tabs in this order (from left to right): Root, Sacral, Solar, Heart, Throat, Thirdeye, and Crown (as the last one).

Then after they all loaded, starting at the first tab (on the left), which should have been the first link, which is the root chakra;

Click play, on each tab, (left to right), One after another, SO THAT THEY are all going to (relatively) PLAY AT THE SAME TIME.

Now for the next 11 mins .. just sit back, and let yourself be washed in the sound of the music ..
