Will I ever have a good Na'vi or Pandora dream?

Okay, so last night I had a hard time getting to sleep. This is something that I rarely have trouble doing. Because of this, I think I actually remember some of my dreams. Very odd, but here goes...

Okay, first let me say that this dream took place on Earth. The Na'vi that I speak of were not really Na'vi. Visually they were human like relatively normal looking people that had queue's and fangs like the Na'vi. Other than that they looked normal for human standards.

It starts off with me and another guy looking for other people like us. We end up getting discovered by people who fear us and want to capture or kill us right after we find another of our kind... It gets weirder! They all try and attack us, but we are extremely fast and are able to avoid them. THEN we actually all three start FLYING.. like SUPERMAN lol. SOOO very strange I know... but at this point I am going along with the show not realizing its a dream. So here we are flying around this town until for some reason one of the guys ends up on the ground completely surrounded and gets brutaly injured. The other guy gets captured. I end up next to the guy on the ground who says something during his last breath to me that I couldn't actually understand but I got what he was saying. I realized that they were going to try and take the power that our other friend had through some kind of ritual at a tower. I fly towards the tower in an attempt to stop them. When I get there I realize there is this insane bad guy boss who is behind all of this. This guy is prepared to take on the power of my friend... THIS GETS STRANGER! He LOOKS like a real Na'vi.... the bad guy boss dude.. Apparently he prepared for the transfer by changing his skin, look, etc. I can say he did a great job because in the dream I was almost thinking he was Na'vi. I begin to struggle at the top of the tower with him and BAMO I WAKE UP....

For the record this is my first Na'vi/Pandora/Avatar related dream... OMYGOSH how about a REAL Na'vi or Pandora dream? What kinda crap was that lol? I was entertained I suppose :P

Woah that is a strange dream ma tsmukan! Why don't you try practicing lucid dreaming? I haven't been having any dreams lately ( :'( ), and none relating to Avatar... this breaks my heart, dreams are one of my best escapes. I was going to research lucid dreaming :)

Sounds like you watch waaay too many movies! LOL :D

That's one crazy dream but it kinda made sense (Most of my dreams, except for my avatar ones, are completely random and make no sense whatsoever haha) except for the flying without wings bit. :P

But it does sound like your on the verge of having a good avatar dream.

That's weird :P

I've stopped dreaming too recently, I think I have too much on my mind and too many problems, I haven't even been able to get to sleep.
I guess you could try learning to lucid dream, I've managed to have one before but still haven't ever managed to make myself have one :(

No I sort of doubt you will. Neither will I.
If you really want to you would have to immerse yourself completely into Avatar, I mean nothing else. At all. And let's be honest here, you can't really do that, and you probably shouldn't.

The closest I've had just involved Na'vi being on Earth and me being one for a couple of minutes (it was never adequately explained why I became one nor why I stopped being one. Probably I just forgot that I was and went back to residual self imaging)

You just need to work on your dream recall. If you didn't really dream, you'd be going insane (literally, not metaphorically). You're having dreams, you just aren't remembering them. Keep affirming to yourself that you will dream, keep a dream journal, and try and get as regular a sleep schedule as possible.

@madman: That sounded like an epic dream, LOL. I've had some weird Avatar dreams too, including a version of "The Rock" (the movie, not Dwayne Johnson) with Na'vi characters. Sean Connery Na'vi = epic win BTW.:P

And if you want to have more Avatar dreams, I suggest taking a break from Avatar for a while, and then see it again. I notice I have more Avatar dreams that way. Another way is to get good at lucid dreaming, that way you can change the environment to Pandora and shapeshift into a Na'vi once you are lucid.

I have to say this, that was hilarious bro >.<. But! I think I know a way for you to dream of Pandora and a good Na'vi. I know you have alot of good memories in you and I also know that your life has taken you to places (we all have unique events). What you need to do is not even focus on this goal, nor any kind of point or fact pointing to this topic. Simply don't worry or fret. What you need to have is a great day, and have great thoughts (all of this needs to occur naturally; no one should force it on you :)). Try to make every day enjoyable and fun, and if you succeed to such a point, while thinking about Pandora or the Na'vi enough throughout your day, you just may get your dream. (your not worrying or pointing to any specific objective when your thinking about the Na'vi and Pandora, just the world alone)

Our mind likes taking the things we think about most and entangling them with current affairs. For instance, take this dream I had a few nights ago.

I am a little child with purple-metalic skin. I am a human-robot like alien. I am in a zepplin hovering over what looks like 1920s New York. The place turned into a war zone out of no where, and tornadoes started to hit the ground. The city was getting killed, and stabbed from all sides as I see a massive Tsunami coming to hit the shoreline. The city got buried underwater, massive buildings were torn in half and were misplaced. With my big greenish-yellowish eyes, I looked at the captain with what felt like tears in my eyes. I woke up there.

I think why I thought of this dream was because I listened to the Titanic OST on my 1 hr bike ride. My first time seeing that movie had me hugging a pillow and with a dry a mouth. I cried at the end, big time. That movie changed my life if I recall, the message stood strong within me but I was young and was forgetful. The life of the movie left me a few weeks after it's release from theaters.
