Anyone planning some big Avatar-related projects?
 

This summer, I can just tell that all my time is going to be absolutely devoured by all things Avatar. I'm planning to do a huge drawing, to continue writing all manner of things, maybe even make a costume and what-not.

So I was just wondering if anyone else is going to be doing the same this summer...

As soon as the freedom of the summer holidays comes around, I'll be working on many avatar related paintings (digital and classic), fanfiction, sketches, fanvideos...you name it :P

Im still trying to think about what type of project I will undertake. :D but you can bet Ill try and pull out something hahaha!

Avatar tattoo :D . Might actually make a thread asking for help from you creative types, I need to get a good design for the pattern, and I also need to take some good reference screencaps for the markings.

Yeah, I got some stuff planned. So far I have two fanfic ideas that I want to explore.

1. The first human contact with Pandora.
2. Set in the near future (10 or so years), we develop a simulated reality in which we create a Pandoran reality.

When the summer comes around, and if I get the resources, I might try and make a 'Pandora on Earth' video. Inspired by Avatar, I'll try and show Earth in all it's glory.

But right now I have no idea if it'll work. It's EXTREMELY difficult to get your hands on nature footage without paying an arm and a leg for it.

I might try to do more writing.

I was planning to make a fancomic... but now I realize I probably wont have the attention span to keep it going. XD

currently i have a fanfic going and when i get time (most likely after exams) i will start a drawing of the Avatar characters in a band :D and a few more Avatar drawings.

I WOULD LOVE TO HELP! i'm always drawing but to do a tattoo design i would need some time, maybe a weekend or so. where do you plan to get it done on your body? and what do you want?

I would really like to cosplay as an na'vi for comicon/anime festival (they combined the two conventions so I don't know what to call it! D: ) A huge undertaking. Especially cos I have to lose weight to do it, on top of everything else!

Human No More; cool idea! I was thinking about getting one myself. Except, I was thinking about just getting tanhì all over my face and body. Good luck in finding good designs. :]

Going to get it on my right forearm first, going to get a design like my skin is ripping off to show Na'vi skin underneath :D

I was thinking of getting tanhi too but at the moment I guess they would have to be UV, which isn't so good for me as I don't go anywhere with UV. When they become available with bioluminescent/glow in the dark, I'll add them then :D
