Ninat poem. :D
 

since very few appreciate Ninat (although she wasn't even shown :P) this poem is for her

the unknown ninat, shadowed by neytiri
to us all her beauty lies as a mystery
her soothing voice will ease your mind
a beautiful na'vi like her is hard to find
her relaxing lullabys will take you away
to another place, to another world, to another day
the one with the beautiful voice is the one they call ninat
the voice of an angel, nothing can compare to that

Poor Ninat. It's terrible. Just because she sings better than everyone else, she is is subject to all sorts of abuse and slander. I mean whay to you think this place is? The UK?

And just so you know, not all of us are like that in the UK y'know...

I know. I'm from the UK too (which is why I made the joke).

But some of us do tend to support the underdog and criticise talent.

That was why the that little bit of dialogue was so nice. When you Neytiri says "Ninat is the best singer", you get the feeling that Neytiri admires her for it. Not only do we learn about Ninat, we also learn about the unslefish nature of Neytiri.

So when we hear a nice poem about Ninat, in a way it is also indirectly praising Neytiri.

Yeah I have no idea why I didn't consider the possibility of you being from the UK, I just kind of naturally assumed you weren't. Sorry about that. :P

I do see what you're saying though. We do enjoy to see and underdog or someone totally unexpected come out on top rather than someone who is necessarily 'better'. I don't watch the X-factor or any of that kind of rubbish, but from what i've seen of it, it's better to have stunning looks and a decent voice than the other way around, simply because it's easier to sell good looks... Anyway, i'm going to stop hijacking this thread now...
