So it has come to splitting from AF. It's not so much shock as sadness (or maybe both, I don't know). We had such a strong community, how could this have happened?

Oh well, we just need to keep our spirits strong. The real Avatar fans will win in the end. Our community was strong, and will stay strong in the end. All groups have their times of trial, it is then when we prove our strength.

ToS and AF are allies now. It's done.

And yet, somehow it still feels like we're not...

yes, and when i read what has been going on there on IRC and so on i really don´t like it....

Well its better than all the unmatched hostility.

I'm not 100% sure if I trust the whole situation, honestly.

There is nothing not to like about it. It is upside only.

All it means is that the hate and complaining and deceit is gone, and none of that has any place in an Avatar-inspired community. The same people are still in charge of each place and we will still go our own ways. This is the best I've felt in quite a while.

Seems like the war is over, then.

There is no splitting up between AF and ToS. This forum simply gives those who do not wish to be on AF a place to go. Just think of this site as NaviBlue.com, only difference is the members here are more closer to each other.

Moderators are not being abusive (besides the whole IRC ordeal).

Well, there was originally a topic that had a log of things certain moderators said about members, which were incredibly insulting and inflammatory.

...But I guess it's been removed.

If I'm not mistaken, that was a link to the whole ordeal on IRC. It's nothing that needs to be seen anyway, you're not missing anything.

It's been removed from public view. Suffice to say, it was quite ugly, but it is in the past now and I certainly hope it stays there.
