To me it seems like the entire thing was just a misunderstanding that turned personal. Nobody's not to blame here, there's fault from both parties but I think what's done is done and that's the end. Thankfully he'll stay on either Skype or IRC.

^^^ This. I definitely had my share of misunderstandings in this life and I'm sure those who are reading this had their own as well. It only becomes a problem when they make it personal, otherwise there would be no drama. This is my take on it, and is what I have experienced. There is something wonderful to learn here and I'm eternally grateful for the service we are consistently upholding in this forum, without fail despite the misunderstandings we all may have. :)

It pains me to hear of conflicts like this on this great forum. But, things happen, words get said, people get hurt. This happens all over the world everyday, and no community of people is perfect, even a place as great as Tree of Souls...I'm glad that an apology was said and it was left at that. Even an act like that is a rarity in the world we live in today.

No, it was not. Perhaps the more public face, but there have been real issues.

Oh the drama. I feel sorry for those directly affected. However, I think we are diminished with Leon's departure.

There were many themes of Avatar that drew each of us here. Some of them are forgiveness and redemption. Short of that is acceptance. Try to hold on to those gifts you received. If you are like me you will never want to go back to darker places that many of us were before. I'm staying in the light till my last day if I'm able.

Don't take the proceeding to indicate I blindly accept anyone in my life. Far from it. I've cut ties to many a negative influence in my life.
