Question yourself.
http://i616.photobucket.com/albums/t...5177717441.png Think about it. |
humanity.
the fear of being unaccepted by people who you don't know keeping you from doing anything. |
If anything I look around and think far too often.
|
I think this is the main reason for why people can't be so open. Id like a good conversation on a bus for once.
|
I could use some glassy-eyed automation in my life, if only to to get something done, but then again there's no point. And people are never going to be open, because of the fear of being ridiculed and judged, and no matter how much people talk about tolerance and understanding, it still always boils down to that simple fact.
We can always say that we stand behind our pretty, noble ideals, but even the most wonderful ideals will never hope to change the human nature. |
That xkcd comic always makes me smile...
Unfortunately, for everyone who DOES think like that, there are a load who don't, who never think past themselves, past work, or money. |
*Sigh* Ain't it sad? Lots of sheeple might actually be free-thinkers in sheep's clothing. It very well could be true that there are more people who think like we do than we believe, it's just that they are afraid to admit their true thoughts and feelings. Imagine how much better the world would be if people embraced their true feelings, and were open and proactive.

My attitude towards humanity has changed darastically, and how I act too... I go around thinking that same thing, people are probably looking at everyone else and thinking, "people need to open up more" ect. ect. thats why I throw people a smile and the peace symbol everytime I make eye contact with someone, I go around thinking, "who cares what others think of me? Am I enjoying myself? Yea!"
I think more people truly have their eyes opened than we think, they just need to show it |
Individuals are smart; the masses are stupid.
That's a memo. |
