Troubleshooting the Avatar Interactive Desktop
 

I recently installed my Avatar Interactive Desktop, but when i click the windows icon (i have wondows 7) nothing happens. Help:'(

Don't use it.

Its a poorly constructed promotional program.

You're probably not connected to the internet?

It doesn't do anything when I'm not connected, but since you're writing here maybe its something else? It's working for me as of now.

But also something else for me, in the News Feed section, when I click Read it only shows two lines of the story and I'm not sure how to read the rest. Not sure if this is just me, another question to throw in there

try clicking on the program itself if you're clicking on a shortcut.

I can't even use the interactive desktop! I have a mac powerbook laptop which is too old to support the application that runs the desktop (though my computer still runs fine). But Aihwa made a good point about it being a promotional item so I don't mind so much now :)

To be honest it is rubbish. Find a cool background and use that instead. My MacBook runs it fine, but I just can't stand the app.
