Has Anyone Played Dragon Age:Origin?
 

Hmmm I didnt see this game posted so I thought I would start a new thread (yay first thread! XD). Dragon Age, for those of you who don't know, its mainly an Rp game set in the Land of Ferelden, which is currently being overrun by the Darkspawn and The ArchDemon, a fearsome dragon (hence the title), which is bent on the destruction of Ferelden. As a Grey Warden, it's up to you to bring the different races together (elves, dwarves, men and the Circle of Mages) and defeat the threat. Up to six different customizable characters to choose from, and off you go!

I love this game, I keep playing it because you can do soooo many quests and do everything completely different from game to game. And in case u wondered, im an elven mage lol.

Yeah, so that's the gist of it, but I do recommend it, mainly if you're into that type of game or a little medieval fantasy.

(actually lost my copy half way through the first playthrough)

But I'm a hopeless sci-fi nerd.

I dont do well at manual aim and click games, so this was one of the few games I could play all the way thru and actually like it...


But Im working on the aiming lol

I played it on xbox, and sincerly it was a great game! And i'm not a big fan of rpg and i liked it!
One rare game that I finished without getting bored :P

yeah i enjoyed it, but i must say i was disappinted by the avatar game, the ending was what decided it for me.

I give it a 4 out of ten for graphics, a 5 for plot.

All in all, id give that game a 6

I'm posting on this really late but, I liked this game quite a bit :P But I beat it really fast which made me sad >.< I need to replay it again sometime soon :P

Oh man, I LOVED this game. Before I saw Avatar I was addicted to this. I got fully absorbed by it. Medieval + RPG = sucked me in big time. I got really upset though - the gaming PC I was borrowing from someone got taken back, so I can't play my copy any more. I can't even listen to the soundtrack now, still, because it makes me sad :( And finishing it... ugggh that was so hard too, it was like 'what do I do now?' I know, I sound so pathetic but I really did start living through it, heh, way better than my RL!!!!!!!

Anyway, yeah, I really enjoyed this game. I mean, the graphics were good but not amazing on my PC, I'm really picky about that sort of thing and helps me get into it. But yeah, wish it had been longer :) Played one expansion but didn't get time to play Awakening :( One day I'll get a wicked gaming computer and I can post on more of these threads!! Til then though I will miss gaming so I'll try not to read this section too much :P
