Na'Vi Themed Photo-shoot In Park.
 

Hey, came across this forum several days ago and decided to get some advice :)

recently I held a photoshoot with a Na'vi theme. i had it in the park with 5 girls painted blue with only loincloths on, was fun :party:

now im editing best pictures and wanted to share with you to get some feedback and help.

so, thats first picture which i've done the most work with and which i like the most:

step 1
i evened the coloring on her body and hair and rotated eyes a bit, started working on nose

did the nose, made neck longer and head smaller, changed mouth, insert eyes from one of movie pictures and edited them. took a looooong time

inserted ear from movie pic, changed its shape a bit, decided on the tail

step 4 - where im at now
did the stripes, removed a finger from left hand (was too hard with toes), made legs thinner, did few other changes

it took so much time to do it, its my favourite so far from pictures ive done...) im planning to draw a tale and change colorcast to fit it more to Avatar colors

Those are really well done, especially the markings... My suggestions would be that the eyebrows are still partly visible, and the number of fingers/toes, but it already looks amazing :D

only 2 things i don't like: no tail, and the stripes on her leg look painted on.they don't curve with her body like the ones on her arm do.

EDIT: and no queue.

I think its great. I mean we all look for things like the user above and they have a point, but its still great! Way to go!!

Looks great. I remember someone on here earlier had a Na'vi themed photo-shoot and it was good as well. Can't remember the name though.

sorry, if you cant see pictures properly, I did like FAQ says :) let me know how to fix it.

eyebrows, good advice. I'll fix it. I did fingers already, removed one on left hand. With toes its much harder because of texture of the stone she's standing on... i'll try anyway

good point about the leg, think to just decrease the opacity maybe? Im not sure about the amount of stripes on legs too, should I add more?

what about stripes on the stomach? looks kind of weird to me...

fixed an ear a bit, removed a toe, fixed patterns on legs (how is it btw?), put draft tail in.

The quality here is really low, I can put up closer pictures (eg face, arm, etc) if anyone wants

The markings on the legs look more natural now, they're still well blended with the skin :)
