Toy Story 3.

WOW! I went to see this movie yesterday and I must say that this is probably the best movie of 2010. How to Tame your Dragon so far is #2. I wasn't expecting much going into this movie but it exceeded my expectations to the point that I was crying or choking back tears at least three times during it, especially the last couple of minutes :'(. Definitely see it. I'm going to again. :)

Na'vi_supporter 06-21-2010 10:18 PM

I was deciding to go or not. I still don't know, but maybe I will give it a chance. Should I? :)

rapunzel77 06-21-2010 10:37 PM

Definitely Na'vi :). Did you like the first two? If so, then go and see this movie. If not, then watch the first two and then see this movie :).

I din't see TS 1 nor 2. I will take your advice and see those first :).
And thank you very much, I needed some advice to move on :)

Gunny 06-22-2010 12:19 AM

I want to go see it sooooo bad! I absolutely loved the first 2! Now I just need to find someone to go with me LOL

tm20 06-22-2010 12:27 AM

i have been waiting for this movie for a long time and now it's in cinemas, maybe some time this week as today is my last exam :D A-Team can wait XD The usual film reviewers I watch on Youtube say this is the best of the 3

Fighter-of-Wars 06-22-2010 02:04 AM

I went to see it and loved it. I wasn't expecting much either but it was perfect. Totally was surprised on how good it was.
Spoiler: Spoilerz

Also, did anyone else like the shadow dudes before the movie started, where one was night and the other was day. I just LMAO watching that.

Vauktu 06-22-2010 05:17 AM

Better than How To Train Your Dragon? Wow. I had plans to pre-order the movie once it came out on blu-ray. I guess I'm gonna have to do the same for Toy Story 3.

Wow... I think you're the first person I've known on both the internet and real life who hasn't seen TS 1 or 2. :P

Obviously I'm going to see it soon. Big fan of Pixar: the only film company that actually makes films based on what the makers would want to watch themselves. Such equation = best film company ever. Never seen a Pixar film I didn't like/love.

nickneagle 06-22-2010 02:48 PM

I am a huge Toy Story fan from back in 1995, even as a high schooler, and this movie just reminded me of why I was. I love it, my family loved it, and its just a great movie. I will see it again and certainly buy the blu-ray :)

Loverofnature 06-22-2010 03:52 PM

i am going to see it :D i saw them all the time when i was a kid :P

I think it might be a good idea to watch Toy Story 2 before the 3rd one since some of the themes from 2 are in 3 as well as some other characters that were introduced in 2 and are in 3.

Leyra 06-25-2010 08:03 PM

Argh, I need to see this! It hasn't come out in the UK yet :(
It'll be lovely to relive my childhood again <3 I grew up on toy story..

Move out of my way little children, haha.

Human No More 06-26-2010 02:32 AM

I haven't seen it yet... Apparently, it was 11 years since Toy Story 2

Out of the way children, I want to see this! :P

Tyrannosaurus 06-26-2010 05:22 AM

Ugh I wanna see it but no one I know wants to see it with me.... I'd be like... the oldest kid in the theater. XDDD

Gunny 06-26-2010 05:25 AM

I went to see it today!! :D and I was one of the oldest there XD

I loved the movie so much though! Definitely brought back memories. I think it was better than 2 but idk that it can ever replace the first since thats the one I remember from when I was younger :D

Woodsprite 06-26-2010 08:12 AM

Oh come on people! I know loads of people 20 yrs and older who're going to see this, not to mention both my parents and my younger 18 y/o sister (my mom is a die-hard fan of Toy Story and anything Pixar-related).

You guys aren't the only ones. :)

You won't be. In fact, there will probably be more adults than children there. It was as very good movie and I want to see it again, hopefully soon.

X.,.Pandora.,.X 06-26-2010 02:11 PM

Woody should have got the girl, not buzz ':(

Actually, if you remember TS2, when Jessie and Bulls Eye join the gang, Buzz is already taken with Jessie. They just expanded that in the 3rd one.

Woodsprite 06-26-2010 09:31 PM

Ahg! AHH!!! Spoilers spoilers spoilers!!!!

Don't give away! :( No giving away. I'm seeing it tomorrow. :embarrassed:

tm20 06-27-2010 12:50 PM

wtf... why did you spoil it.... douche -_-

anyway, i'll do my best to forget that since i'm going to see it tuesday with parents :D

Fkeu'itan 06-27-2010 01:09 PM

Ever since Avatar, there hasn't really been any films that I thought "Wow, I really want to go and see that in the cinema" But this is totally different.

On a side note...

CURSE YOU X.,.Pandora.,.X!

Woodsprite 06-28-2010 01:28 AM

Just came home from it.

That was just the most wonderful movie... I teared up at the end.

X.,.Pandora.,.X 06-28-2010 02:45 AM

2 things
1. Woody shoulda have gotten the girl in the 2nd movie
2. Jessie is kinda hot....is that weird

Woodsprite 06-28-2010 03:06 AM

Woody always had a thing for Bo Peep. Story sealed behind the lack-of-luster for Jessie.

tm20 07-01-2010 12:42 PM

Just got back from watching it. It is EXCELLENT. The story is excellent, the characters are excellent, the animation is excellent (although i watched it in 3D and it made no difference) and it is the perfect way to end the trilogy. You really have to see this movie :)

haha ok so you did make me feel old then! lol ;) I was a teenager when the FIRST Toy Story opened. I saw it opening weekend though. Always a big kid I guess. Hell I was in college when Toy Story 2 came out and I was in line for that one! haha. I enjoyed this one though, a lot, and my family did as well :)

You are right, I am over 30 and I LOVED it! Going back soon I hope haha. My whole family enjoyed it as a matter of fact.

Huurraaa 07-03-2010 02:19 AM

I love Toy Story, but I never get why the toys have to pretend they are inanimate objects in front of people. Sure, people would freak out at first, but wouldn't the kids be much happier if the toys actually played with them? Wouldn't they be great friends with their owners, no matter how old they got? The only human Woody talked to was Sid, and he did it only to scare him

This just doesn't make sense to me.

lol, always has to do with something government-related... or military-related. Government always exploits extraordinary things.

...At least, in movies anyway.

josie20 07-03-2010 05:06 AM

OMG I want to see TS3 so bad! I was going to see it yesterday but had to change my plans. :(

I'm such a huge fan of these movies. My birthday was a little while ago and these are what I asked for...
Amazon.com: Super Technology Andy’s Toy Collection Figure - Sheriff Woody: Toys &…

Amazon.com: Disney / Pixar TS3 12" Buzz Lightyear: Toys & Games

Maybe a little juvenile, but I'm saving them collectors items, never gonna open them. :D
