T.T that video was so touching lol I almost cried. That would probable be the most amazing feeling in the world. Because I think Vincent died before his artwork was appreciated so he never knew he was great. So I've never actually seen this show, although I (think I) know there was like a series that was on a couple decades ago or something and then they brought it back with new people.

What exactly is it about? I haven't been addicted to a series since I started watching The West Wing so I'd like to get into something and this sounds interesting enough.

Well the series started in 1963 with the original Doctor. Basically the doctor never dies, hes reborn every "death" Hes thousands of years old and he travels through time with a couple of other people fighting off some sort of supernatural being. Its definitely a Scifi show :P
