Never buy anything unless you need it, because when you do, it's already old, and there will be new cool stuff coming around the corner.

I couldn't wait anymore myself though when I had the necessary money, but it had been some four years or so from my last my computer, and this one I intend to keep as long as possible, seeing how awesome it is, that is if we still have a running civilization with affordable electricity in the future.

If there will be an energy crisis, then I guess I'll have to invest in some kind of ARM based tablet or something, if I still have money at that point, or if money is of any value that point, with Europe going down the drain as we speak, and probably taking the currency with it.
