They should have done it American style and dump their tea overboard.

Clarke 09-20-2014 02:19 AM

But that'd be such a waste of good tea!

So, how did it taste?

Beautiful color on that pineapple.

Cyvaris 09-21-2014 02:22 AM

Ridiculously sweet.

I read this as, "miss toes" and got confused.

If I was a dual citizen I'd get two turkeys.
Or better yet, a turkey and a ham :)

SaphirJD 12-07-2014 09:34 PM

now i am hungry :D

moonbeam 12-12-2014 03:10 AM

So, I started a blog. The main topic is going to be fantasy and sci-fi.

I do hope this works out. I do plan on talking about "Avatar", so watch out for that.

Moco Loco 12-12-2014 11:41 AM

Yay for blogs! Mine is the "Arthropoda" link in my sig.

Du'tey 12-12-2014 03:23 PM

looking forward to the stuff, and gah its been forever since I've been here

SaphirJD 12-14-2014 01:13 AM

fantasy and sci fi blogs for the win :D of course only after strawberries of evil related blogs :P

moonbeam 12-15-2014 01:17 AM

It's nice to see some people that will be into it. So far this is the only place, besides the site that I post the blogs at, where people said anything about it. And I posted it everywhere! But anyway, I think the next entry I write will be about "Avatar". Like the last entry, I'll talk about the movie itself and then add my feelings about it.

Moco Loco 12-15-2014 11:40 AM

I like Tumblr because it's pretty effortless to keep up with people, though I wish I had more afk friends there.

SaphirJD 12-16-2014 12:23 AM

Tumblr... This site is in my opinion just strange and confusing :D

moonbeam 12-19-2014 02:56 AM

My blog post about "Avatar"!

Well...I finished another book. Only 90,000 words this time, comparatively short. Started the old "let's find an agent" thing again. Honestly though, I'll probably serialize the books I've finished and put them up as self publishing projects. At least then I can make a little money.

Amusingly, as soon as I finished the book, I moved right onto a sequel for the other novel (the 200,000/800 page brick) that I finished.

Hurray actually having energy because it's winter break and I don't have students!

moonbeam 01-01-2015 01:55 PM

Happy New Year, everyone! :)

I think I may have lost a friend today. I just had to open my mouth about how I feel.

moonbeam 02-07-2015 07:40 PM

It would be neat if they made a "Avatar" related app for the smart phone.

Alan 02-07-2015 08:34 PM

^ Well there are a few out there: The Avatar game from Gameloft. There is also the Na'vi Dictionary from LearnNa'vi and there was also one called 'OurOnlyHome' which is an enviro related quiz that incorporates a fan film covering the environmental themes of avatar, which was done in 2010. The latter one is for the iPhone only, but I'm not sure about the other two. There is also another smart phone/table game coming out soon. Hope that helps.

Ah! Okay. Thanks.

Alan 02-08-2015 11:36 AM

No worries, Moonbeam. Hope they are of interest. No doubt there will be more that get released over time :)

I've been listening to the soundcloud ones a lot. I wonder if they'll post grammatical lessons too. One of the hardest parts of learning Na'vi is that it is fundamentally different grammatically than latin based languages. :na'vi:

Wind12 02-23-2015 02:13 AM

Srane, it is hard to get the mind around, but it is a nice project to have :) :)
