We're doomed.

I hope I updated my clone...

Fkeu 'Awpo 07-11-2010 08:13 PM

Doomed? Already?

We were so close.

Isard 07-11-2010 08:24 PM

Meet our new navigator.

Fishsticks?

You like fishsticks?

Fkeu 'Awpo 07-11-2010 08:30 PM

That's Admiral Fishsticks to you.

That's our new navigator? Do we have enough escape modules?

Isard 07-11-2010 09:55 PM

We DO NOT. Question Admiral Ackbars navigational prowess.

Or should I say, we didnt. One person did. They're sleeping with the space fishies...

Migg3006 07-12-2010 01:07 AM

WOhowoho!!! Wait a minute, why have we change our Na'vigator?
As the co-pilot I have a world to say about that.

A crapp, (slap on the forehead) I hope he know where we go:S

Dreaming Of Pandora 07-12-2010 01:23 AM

Dont worry I know where we be. :)

We should be passing Voyager 1 launched over 40 years ago intended for interstellar travel. It and us are currently in the last stage of what we call our solar system. After passing the Oort Cloud yesterday we've entered the Heliosphere, where the effects of the Sun begins to wane. The moment when the gravity and affect of cosmic rays of the Sun is the same or is weaker than stars in other systems puts us in interstellar space. We should pass Voyager 1 in a couple of hours and reach interstellar space in approximately 3 days.

Thank you for your time. :)

That thing? I fed it to the Xynth.

Nope everything is perfectly safe, as long as we don't collide with anything larger than a grain of sand at the speed we're currently traveling :S

Impressionist 07-12-2010 09:42 AM

Yeah, it is all up to our pilot... How much time is left? I hope we're already in the second half of the journey...

Dreaming Of Pandora 07-12-2010 10:20 AM

Far from it. The solar system is massive, we're still in it. Though the planets have long gone out of our sight, the Sun's influence stretches to 1.5 light years. Since the area we're in, the Heliosphere is an area of tiny asteroid particles, we're stuck at 25% speed. Only after we exit the solar system can we increase our velocity and enter cryo stage.

Thorinair 07-12-2010 10:58 AM

Dear Eywa... don't tell me... you already launched...
