Dreaming Of Pandora 07-08-2010 03:35 PM

Did you??! :D

Would you be able to change some details in it?:)

Impressionist 07-08-2010 03:36 PM

That's great! Could you make them for all of us? :P:D

Eltu 07-08-2010 03:38 PM

Who did you think made it, DoP? :D

Yes, I can probably change details, I think I have the .psd laying around here somewhere... :P

Dreaming Of Pandora 07-08-2010 03:46 PM

True, you are the photoshop whizzkid here. :P

That'd be awesome if you could just change ISV Venture Star to Seze Star and remove the RDA stamp near the top right corner. :D

But if it's too awkward don't bother, it's only an RP thread after all. :)

Eltu 07-08-2010 03:54 PM

Something like this?

Epic! Nothing less than epic! :D

*bows to Eltu*

Eltu 07-08-2010 03:56 PM

Says in Morpheus voice:

"No. The honor is mine."

*bows back*

Dreaming Of Pandora 07-08-2010 03:59 PM

Mucho respect Eltu considering this is all just:

Eltu 07-08-2010 04:02 PM

Epic Smith is epic.

Bringing him on the spaceship would guarantee epicness.

Dreaming Of Pandora 07-08-2010 04:08 PM

It would!:D

Now does everyone have their ticks? :)

Eltu 07-08-2010 04:11 PM

This is NOT me, it's JakeSully1, but it's still epic! :D

Impressionist 07-08-2010 04:36 PM

Yup. Now we do have tickets thanks to Eltu! :D Let us finally fly to our destination: PANDORA!

Isard 07-08-2010 05:56 PM

Navigation, heading?

Eltu 07-08-2010 05:57 PM

You see that large, black thing far out in space, with the slimy tentacle-like thingies crawling out?

...that's Ninat. If we head there, we are sure to reach Pandora!

Impressionist 07-08-2010 06:00 PM

So, I suppose that she looks like that because of tsaherpes, right? :P

Eltu 07-08-2010 06:02 PM

*old man's voice*

Some people say so... some say it's because out of jealousy for not getting Jake... Regardless, it's where we should head.

I assume you know this from experience.

Helmsman, heading 78 mark 12. One eighth speed until we clear the asteroid belt.

Eltu 07-08-2010 06:07 PM

I guess we have to entertain ourselves somehow on this looong trip... *brings up copy of Deus Ex*

Impressionist 07-08-2010 06:07 PM

Does it mean we're finally taking off??? *hope in my eyes* :P

That doesn't need too be such a long journey... We just need to imagine that SezeStar has turbo-high-speed rockets, which I mentioned before.

Isard 07-08-2010 06:09 PM

Ships never "take off" :P Orbital docking ftw.

Eltu 07-08-2010 06:09 PM

Looks like it.

But... where is Human No More? I cannot see him anywhere!

Isard 07-08-2010 06:11 PM

Well, if he's not posting, consider him in "cryo" for ease of mind.

Impressionist 07-08-2010 06:11 PM

Probably currently invisible, but I'm sure he's on board. Everyone is, but... we can't see them.

Eltu 07-08-2010 06:12 PM

My mind is never easy!

Isard 07-08-2010 06:14 PM

Well, you went with Ninat that one time...

Or was it two? I cant remember. :P

Impressionist 07-08-2010 06:22 PM

Does our ship have small windows? Cause if you are in space and you can't see it, then where is the whole fun?

I see everyone on board is asleep... oh well... :/

Dreaming Of Pandora 07-08-2010 07:31 PM

Zzz...

Eltu 07-08-2010 07:32 PM

Hey! Don't sleep, we need to watch HNM so he doesn't drool over Neytiri above the engine again!

Buoyant Rock 07-08-2010 07:40 PM

As a pilot, it is programmed in my cryo-tube to re-initialize "wake up" at certain portions of our journey, to ensure all is safe and well with the vessel. At some points during our journey, Just for T3h Lulz, I may decide to wake others up and shout "We're there!!!....JK" :P.

What else will there be on a 4+ year journey for entertainment? I'm sure even the Avatar Blu-ray will only hold our entertainment for 1 year, give or take hehe.

Dreaming Of Pandora 07-08-2010 07:42 PM

Wha?! We're here?....zzz....

Impressionist 07-08-2010 07:51 PM

*falls asleep too* *will wake up tomorrow* :(

Yeah, we have windows. Unfortunately, we still don't have any kind of propulsion yet :P

Isard 07-08-2010 08:16 PM

No, we haven't even cleared luna yet. Much less the comet shield.

rasomaso 07-08-2010 10:52 PM

So is here gravity or not?

Isard 07-08-2010 10:53 PM

In the ship proper, no. Bridge rotates.

Fighter-of-Wars 07-08-2010 11:07 PM

Well, I'm still not clear if we have taken off yet or not since we don't have an engine?. But either way, I snuck on as ships photographer

Isard 07-08-2010 11:16 PM

How else?

ANTIMATTER! O_O

I dont know how it works. But ship is moving thattaway.

Fighter-of-Wars 07-08-2010 11:20 PM

Well, I can't wait till we get there, how long?

Isard 07-08-2010 11:26 PM

6 years.

You may want to bring a book or something.

I was thinking of a Arcjet rocket system; using a Nuclear Fission Reactor to accelerate to 10km/s before leaving the inner solar system and then, aided with gravitational slingshots around Jupiter and possibly Neptune, bring us to (a wild guess) 100km/s and into interstellar space and then use an Ion Drive (which has an Isp of up to 10'000 seconds) which would probably bring us to around 50 - 60% of light speed during interstellar travel.

Good thing is, they've already been built before. :)
