While I wouldn't mine having this on my desk... I can think of better uses for $300.00.

Only thing that bothers me is the necklace. Come on. $300.00. USE REAL FEATHERS.

As much as I'd like Neyiri to stand on my desk, I can think of better things to use $300 on.

i may get this :D Hot Toys has been keeping me and many other people waiting for too long. And the $AUS is good compared to $US so now would be a good time to place an order. I just need to setup a PayPal or something, and hopefully other characters and cretures are made as well (i really want a Thanator!!!!)

*i just watched the 2nd video, so they're going to make another one where she's standing up straight? if so i would rather get that one. Hopefully these figures and limited productions or else FFFFFFUUUUUUU.

The scale wouldn't be replicable. There are no feathers with that detail, that small.

As for the price, this is a collectible. Sideshow is well known for detailed collectible statues that are PIECES OF ART. Have you seen how much old animation cells sell for? For a piece of cellophane from one frame of a cartoon? I'd rather spend that much money on a statue like this.

And if they're doing Jake in two poses, the best ones are his Toruk Macto stance after the gathering of the clans and after his speech at the tree with his fist up.
