I love it! The only problem I see with that particular Avatar-themed case is that the artwork is where you're least likely to see it, according to how most people would orient a minitower PC case. :'( But then that's the trouble with cases: Not much real estate on the front.

Maybe somebody with access to a stereolithography machine should partner with fierox to manufacture a 3D Neytiri head case. Plug queue into electrical outlet and you're all set! ;)

hrh :P

Well, if you have a big enough desk, then you just put the case on the desk, if you put it on the side that is visible from the rest of the room then you can see more of it too :)

My pc is on the left side of my desk, so I'd have the same problem. It's just a lot easier to work on the case when the open side isn't an inch away from the edge of the monitor, you don't have to unplug and move it to work on it.

I'm still waiting on my motherboard to come back from msi's rma, got my psu back from corsair in a little over five days, they proved me wrong about their customer service. The secret is to send them an email instead of calling. Anyway, as soon as I get my pc put back together i'll post pics.

So this ist mein.

It is a Dell Studio 17.

Intel i7 Processor @ 1.6 GHz
500GB HDD
4 GB of RAM
1600x900 resoloution

Connected to it is via VGA cable is an older monitor I found in a closet in my house. It is a Viewsonic and I think it's about 19 inches. Its resoloution is 1440x900.

Time to necropost my new case here.

Shiny on the outside.. but the insides are from Dell 690 giant workstation. So they don't fit in the apple very nicely :shy:

Nice hack :P

Seen a few similar mods before, worth it just for Apple fans' reactions.

Usually I have to explain how it's not a mac. :P None of my friends are Apple fans atm. But the mod is worth it just because the case is really good from thermal point of view. The thing has two fans less than the Dell 690 had, and still runs few degrees cooler.
