meh

PhoenixRider 09-03-2010 06:14 AM

Well look on the bright side, at least you can play with Neytiri :P

Drewan 09-03-2010 06:33 AM

Hmmmmm--Playing with Neytiri may be the only plus........might be good for a collectable--then again, maybe not ;)

This might sound weird, but I don't like stuff like this (toys, board games etc) because it kind of reminds me that Avatar is just a film. I'll buy posters and books and things but what I'd really like is full scale replicas of stuff- RDA dog tags, backpacks, exopacks, Na'vi artifacts... I want to believe that I'm an Avatar driver. :(

Human No More 09-03-2010 09:25 AM

Hmm, I see what you mean there... but then again, I have The Art of Avatar... that's the same kind of thing... As is it on bluray :P

Really though, I think I just want as much Avatar-related stuff as I can.

The Art of Avatar is amazing. Every Avatar fan should have this and the Activist Survival Guide. The other books I don't care so much for.

Hmm... Seems cool, however I wish there was more gameplay info. It might be really awesome, or really not.

The art of Avatar... hmm... I need that. (Now how to make $20... gotta find some more people at school with RRoD :P)

I completely agree with you here. I have 5 posters (four of which are framed) and want a lot more (I need to move out... imagine my house when I do :D) and An Activist Survival Guide, and the Art of Avatar, both of which are beyond incredible, because it has what I want... more information on Avatar and the planet Pandora... so much information it feels real. I print out Avatar news information and fanfics and the script and keep them all in my giant Avatar folder... and like you said I also want full scale replicas, like Jake and Neytiris dagger, and what I'd really like is in Selfriges' office is the glass portrait of the arrows and necklace :D

lol

I wonder if there will be a "boardwalk" space a la Monopoly.

Grif 09-14-2010 11:34 PM

No...

Txum_kali'weya 09-15-2010 06:10 AM

this will certainly be interesting...

Patrice Maire 09-15-2010 03:27 PM

Other than the boardgame, the only other thing I can imagine is having an actual tabletop RP game. Like D&D. Now that would be fun!
(I recently discovered an RP area for Pandora on Second Life... getting close to actually being there)

Human No More 09-16-2010 12:50 AM

Do want :D

I'd love to play that, kill some tawtute :war:
